WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? 


PAYPAL: We accept payments through Paypal. You can use your current PayPal account to make the payment or you can choose to pay with your credit card during the checkout process. If you don’t have an account simply choose “Pay with a debit or credit card” on PayPal page and enter the requested details to complete the transaction. You can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards while using PayPal. 

BY PHONE: You can also place an order over the phone. Simply call us at +66908942990 and provide us required information. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations.

HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage customers to track their package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the tracking of the shipment. You can also track your packages via Track my order option on our website homepage. 


HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. However, if you don't, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery.  Return credits are issued within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. Merchandise purchased and returned within 14 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns as well as exchanges. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, we will determine the shipping charges and you will be required to pay the charges before a new item is shipped.

DO YOU ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS?

Yes, we do. If you wish to return any item within 14 days and choose to receive store credit for future purchase we will gladly issue you a store credit receipt which will never expire. Store credit may only be used from the account to which it was originally credited. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

WILL I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from Thevada" and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt – so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you should contact us immediately and we will be glad to provide you further assistance.
