HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. However, if you don't, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery.  Return credits are issued within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. Merchandise purchased and returned within 14 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns as well as exchanges. For exchanges, we will determine the new shipping charges and you will be required to pay the before new item are shipped.

DO YOU ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS?

Yes, we do. If you wish to return any item within 14 days and choose to receive store credit for the future purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit receipt which will never expire. Store credit may only be used from the account to which it was originally credited. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

 our shipping service (UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other similar service) shall be responsible for clearing the customs at the port of destination. However, if such service is not provided by the shipping courier then the customer will be informed and shall be responsible for clearing the shipment at the port of destination at their own expense.

We will extend our fullest cooperation to get your shipment cleared from the customs as soon as possible.


HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage customers to track their package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the tracking of the shipment. You can also track your packages via Track my order option on our website homepage. 

WILL I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from Thevada" and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt – so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you should contact us immediately and we will be glad to provide you further assistance.
